Refund

Once the Product is received to the company successfully, Athulya Senior Care will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund within 60 working days.

Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company

Due to service providers in nature “NO REFUND”,“NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the Payment has been made.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for the pre-booked admission are allowed upto to 30 days from the date of admission payment and minimum cancellation charges of Rs.20,000/- will be deducted. After the 30th day the 50% of the payment will be deducted and the remaining payment will be paid to the source account. Service provider has full right to admit or cancel the admission.
