Terms and Conditions of Athulya Prime Membership

This is a membership based product launched by Athulya Assisted Living Private Limited (“Athulya”) and is called “Athulya Prime Membership”. By availing the Membership, the Member agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Athulya Prime Membership can be availed upon payment of annual membership fees. Fees are payable in full in advance of the Membership.

Athulya Prime Membership is valid for a duration of one (1) year from the date of purchase of Membership.

The benefits of Athulya Prime Membership shall be available only to the immediate family members (above 60 years of age) of the Membership holder. Such benefits can be availed by such family members upon admission as residents in Athulya’s facilities (“Athulya Prime Residents”).

Athulya Prime Membership benefits are non-transferable.

Athulya reserves the right to modify amend terms, conditions, or benefits of the Membership at any time with prior notice to Members.

Athulya Prime Membership is non-cancellable & non-refundable under any circumstances.

Athulya Prime Membership cannot be exchanged for cash, products, or any other services or combined with other promotional offers.

Athulya reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or terminate the Membership of any Member found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

Athulya Prime Membership Benefits

Pre admission

Athulya Prime Members/ Athulya Prime Residents are entitled to two (2) complimentary pick-up and drop services per year from residence to facility, subject to prior booking of at least 24 hours and shall be within a radius of 50 km. Such benefit can be utilised prior to admission.

Post admission

Athulya Prime Residents can avail of two (2) complimentary ambulance services per year within a radius of 50 km during the period of stay in the facility.

Athulya Prime Residents can avail of one (1) complimentary annual health checkup, subject to advance scheduling of at least 24 hours. The health check centre will be chosen solely by Athulya. Athulya Prime Residents shall receive the TruHealth Diamond Annual Health Checkup Plan, as specifically curated by Athulya.

Athulya Prime Residents can avail of two (2) complimentary mental wellness counselling sessions annually, by a qualified professional at the Athulya facility only.

Athulya Prime Residents can avail of four (4) complimentary dental health checkups per year (once every quarter), subject to prior appointment of at least 24 hours. Such dental clinic will be chosen by Athulya only.

Athulya Prime Residents can avail unlimited consultations with Athulya’s resident Duty Medical Officer at the facility. However, consultations with any specialist doctors shall be chargeable.

Athulya shall not be liable for any claims, indemnities or liabilities arising from consultations or services availed from third-party doctors, clinics, or vendors recommended by Athulya.

Athulya Prime Residents shall be eligible for a 15% discount on pharmacy purchases, where the purchases are made from Athulya’s pharmacy vendor (excluding promotional or discounted items).

Athulya Prime Residents can access Athulya’s personalized concierge desk free of cost for travel booking and banking services. However, the cost of such travel bookings/ banking services shall be payable by the Athulya Prime Residents at actuals.

Athulya Prime Residents can access Athulya’s curated lifestyle program free of cost. This program is individually designed and crafted for each senior citizen covering a variety of areas such as physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. This will be delivered by Athulya’s team of experts consisting of clinical nutritionists, specialist doctors, wellness consultants, physiotherapists, etc.
